Let It Out

Whatever you’ve been holding in, let it out. If you’ve been feeling afraid or sad, angry or depressed, or whatever else, just let it out.

I know you can carry it. In fact you’re probably proud that you’ve been carrying it for so long. Maybe you even love the person you’re carrying it for. But no matter what your noble reasons are, you’re not Christ and you don’t have to bear a cross to prove yourself to the world.

Quit telling yourself it’s okay. Instead take a deep breath and let it out.
